Townsville Table Tennis will again be conducting the Ping Pong Battle, a conglomerate of exciting events during the weekend Saturday 10/10 and Sunday 11/10.

This year’s Ping Pong Battle sports such highlights as:
– 4 top quality Australian Internationals, competing against Townsville’s top 12 men.
– Celebrity Event including Community Leaders and Ping Pong Battle Competitors, playing off for the Sumatran Tiger Doubles Championship.
– A high power, high quality coaching session lead by Australian Junior Coach, Bruno Levi and QLD Director of Coaching, Patrick Wuertz. This probably is the best training session for North Queenslanders ever assembled. The session is free for invited players.
– Meet and Greet, hosted by our president Terry Morato at the RSL.
– Charity fundraising sought throughout the weekend for the Sumatra Tiger Project, Organised by Australia Zoo.

Dates and RSVP’s

– Playoffs to be run on Sunday 4th of October 9am to 1pm. RSVP by Wed 23/9.
– Coaching Session 1pm – 3pm Saturday
– Meet and Greet at the RSL, 4pm – 5:30pm Saturday 10/10. RSVP by Wed 23/9
– Ping Pong Battle Tournament and Sumatran Tigers Doubles Championship kicks off 8:30am Sunday.
