If you would like to bequeath any funds to our Association in your last Will and testament then this can be achieved by speaking to your solicitor or inclusion of the following clause in your Will:-
“I give devise and bequeath to the Townsville Table Tennis Association Incorporated (“TTTA”) for the general purposes of the TTTA
(a) the whole of my Estate
(b) ………… % of my Estate
(c) the sum of $ ….. free of all duties and taxes payable at my death
Note: choices (a), (b) and (c) should be followed by the statement, “after the payment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and all duties, taxes and charges payable on my Estate at my death.
