The Townsville Table Tennis Association continues its strategy of balanced growth and stability within a dynamic sporting environment. We aim to provide an inclusive family orientated environment for children across the Townsville community to participate in table tennis and to help those children develop confidence and self-esteem through participation in a sport.

The Association receives sponsorship from various individuals and local business organisations for events throughout the year. Major local tournaments held throughout the year include:-

- The International Women’s Day Tournament;
- The Townsville Open Championships;
- The Annual Ping Pong Battle;
- The Townsville Aged Championships; and
- The Townsville Closed.
We also hold State tournaments from time to time.
