2021 International Women’s Day Tournament and Training Camp
The 2021 International Women’s Day Tournament and Training Camp will be held on Saturday, 6 march 2021 and Sunday, 7 March 2021 commencing at 12pm.
International Women’s Day is a global day to celebrate the achievements of women and to raise awareness about women’s equality. It is also a day to promote the growth and development of women in sport. What better way to do that than with a table tennis tournament!
The format will be similar to 2020. There will be a training session, junior event and main event on the Saturday. On Sunday there will be a tournament open for everyone.
Catering packages for the Saturday are available. Those who have attended before know that the quality and quantity of food at this event is not to be missed! Our members can also provide free accommodation and travel to the hall for anyone travelling to Townsville.
